Free workshops

ICiPS in conjunction with EMQC are offering two free workshops on Tuesday 5th March in London.
1.Delivering customer excellence 0930 – 1230. This free workshop will introduce you to some of the key concepts around delivering a world class customer experience and how to engage customers in shaping services.
2. Striving for total quality 1330 – 1630. This workshop will explore how to create a knowledge driven organisation in order to drive improvements and improve quality.
