ICIPS members enjoyed an inspirational, energising and informative day at our network event in Bristol on the 10th June.
Felix Ritchie from UWE Bristol led an interactive session to explore the 5 Safes Model, a framework that can be applied to ensure safe sharing of data.
Bryn Kentish and Huw Griffiths Cardiff and from Cardiff and Cale UHB Dragon Heart Institute , provided insight into their model that supports change practitioners to spread and scale change.
Meg Farmer, Head of Change at Anthony Nolan trust shared insight into her approach to reenergising interest in change, by balancing rapid and longer duration improvements.
Charlotte Von Bulow, Senior Lecturer in Leadership at the University of the West of England led an interactive session exploring factors that can impact a change practitioners’ ability to lead collaborative change.
The day finished with case studies from Ian Roderick Schumacker Institute, showing how they have successfully applied systems thinking to explore and test sustainable options in complex systems.
ICIPS extend their heartfelt thanks to all the speakers who ensured the day was of huge practical value.
