Changes at ICiPS

New trustee board and a move to a customer driven operating model

This June, the tenures of four of our Trustees came to an end. Tony Mizen, Fiona Montgomerry, Simon Elias and Neil Dewfield joined ICiPS when it launched in December 2012; since when their valuable contributions have been fundamental to helping the charity grow. Replacing them are Richard Wylde, Tracey Davenport and Stuart Duncan and to complete the complement, we are seeking a Trustee from Academia.
We are starting to move towards a member driven operating model. October will see the first meeting of our newly formed customer focus group, chaired by Tony Mizen. The group comprising of corporate and professional members, will discuss and design concepts for services and on-line training materials. They will also play a pivotal role in revising our standards of professional practice.
We are also exploring the introduction of member votes for key decisions; again with the aim of ensuring we are a customer centric organisation.
