Interested in lean? ICiPS member starting a lean coffee club

ICiPS member James Comer is keen to connect with other people with a passion for improvement in the public sector in order to learn from one another.
James has just returned from some time in South Africa where he really benefitted from meeting like-minded enthusiasts from different organisations and sectors to wrestle with business problems together and share ideas using a format called ‘Lean Coffee’ (http://leancoffee.org/). “Lean Coffee is a structured, but agenda-less meeting. Participants gather, build an agenda, and begin talking. Conversations are directed and productive because the agenda for the meeting was democratically generated.”
