Dr Sanjay Bhasin wins the ICiPS research prize.

The research paper is entitled ‘Process to develop cultures conducive to multi agency working'.

The paper identifies factors critical to creating a CI culture and talks about some of the barriers. The findings support the work being done by ICiPS on embedding cultures that support continuous improvement. The paper can be downloaded from our World of Knowledge.
