Site visits held

This week the British Library at Wetherby and Aviva Financial Services at York hosted site visits for some lucky ICiPS members.

This week the British Library at Wetherby and Aviva Financial Services at York hosted site visits for some lucky ICiPS members. The Aviva visit was fascinating, providing members with the opportunity to learn about the application of Systems Thinking and their CI journey. The British Library talked about their success with employee engagement, showcasing some of the changes initiated and led by employees. Both visit were hugely valuable learning experiences and very much appreciated by those who attended. ICiPS is very grateful for the time given by both organisations.
