Continuous Improvement Change Management Facilitator - Band 5

Fera have an immediate vacancy for an experienced Continuous Improvement Change Management Facilitator at their Sand Hutton site in York. The successful candidate will drive the embedding of continuous improvement [CI] through the facilitation of improvement events, the rollout of Strategy Deployment and Communication Cells and the development of capability through the delivery of CI training. They will undertake engagement and communication activities across the organisation to facilitate the embedding of CI into business as usual.
The role is open to both civil servants and external applicants.
