Serco training Recognised by ICiPS

Kevin Craven, Serco UK & Europe CEO sees this as just the start of an ongoing partnership with ICiPS.

The Institute for Continuous Improvement offers a Recognition Scheme for companies delivering continuous improvement training. The scheme explores the course content and learning outcomes; awarding Recognised status to those who succeed in meeting the rigorous quality requirements. The Institute was recently invited to review Serco’s internal Operation Excellence training and was impressed with the course and the organisations commitment to embedding continuous improvement in their culture.. Recognised status was awarded.
