ICiPS and Loughborough University Centre for Service Management produce a joint white paper

The white paper will explore the current and future issues of continuous improvement (CI) in UK public services.

ICiPS and Loughborough University Centre for Service Management, which is headed up by Professor Zoe Radnor and Professor Thorsten Gruber, are working together to produce a joint white paper which will explore the current and future issues of continuous improvement (CI) in UK public services. The paper aims to:
• highlight the current landscape of CI in the UK public sector; and
• provide thoughts and analysis of the possible future CI agenda for public services.
ICIPS members are invited to contribute by completing a questionnaire which will be sent on request. In addition six organisations will be chosen as case study sites for the white paper. Findings will be shared at the ICiPS conference in February 2014. If you are interested in participating please contact us at info@icips.org.
