This is CI week

This week is continuous improvement (CI) week with organisations across the UK and Northern Ireland holding events.

The week is a time to raise awareness of what CI is and for every employee to think about the steps they can take to improve service delivery’s the week progresses we hope that participating organisations will share their activities on our new on-line network.
On the 13th February we hold our conference at York. At the event we will be presenting awards to those who have demonstrated success with CI. Winners will be announced on the day. Those shortlisted include;
