We are pleased to announce that the conference will be addressed by Andy Cave, one of the greatest mountaineers of his generation.

We are delighted that Andy Cave will be speaking at our conference. Andy has pioneered some of the most difficult mountain climbs in the world. Andy’s story of resourcefulness, resolve and rising above expectation has inspired audiences all over the world. His tales of epic adventure, and overcoming adversity, convey the importance of partnership and respect in all that we do and reinforce the need for focus and drive to unlock true potential. Andy has worked with many public sector organisations to explore teamwork, change and leadership.
