Job Description:

a public sector organisation, is currently hiring for an Interim Head of Change where you will lead the change function and deliver the important change required to shift to a new operating model and introduce a great customer service mindset.

Responsibilities
Provide a great level of leadership of the change function while acting as an excellent role model
Develop and deliver annual change business plan which are in line with objectives
Develop teams to be in line with the vision 7 strategy
Work alongside other stakeholders to meet future needs
Take charge of service design and delivery along with target operational model development
Drive performance service delivery which will be more predictive and proactive
Lead the team on planning, resourcing & control of the change design and delivery, including infrastructure, organizational configuration, and service.
Requirements
Excellent presentation skills
Natural leader who has the ability
Can engage & energise others through times of change
Reliable under pressure and confident always including times when it may be demanding
You can foresee problems before they emerge
Can think strategically and have strong decision-making skills
High level of commercial & Political judgment
This is an Interim position for 3 months, working Monday-Friday. Our client offers an excellent remuneration package and excellent career progression prospects.
