Job description
Valuation Office Agency is implementing Continuous Improvement (CI) as a way of Agency working. CI is key component in a wider Transformational programme which will enable the Agency to deliver excellent customer service in a challenging environment of efficiencies and pace of delivery.
The Agency is part way through CI implementation and we are adding to the team to meet the demand for CI. You will join an existing small team working in an exciting area which is growing in appetite and expertise within the Agency.
As a Continuous Improvement Analyst you will be working with leaders and managers to build their confidence and competence to work in a CI way by focusing on the key CI principles:
•Building Capability
•Visual Business Performance Management
•Problem Solving
•Improvement and Innovation
The CI team is part of the Agency Chief Finance Officer Group and is led by a project delivery lead to whom you will report.
Essential
•Experience of working in a Lean / CI environment at practitioner level
Desirable
•Change Management experience
•Experience of working successfully among stakeholders
This role includes extensive travel and frequent overnight stays.
